I am off to the doctor..

Well, I have to take Brian to the doctor. Wish me luck, I friggen hate it! He has a super bad sore throat, and he is in a lot of pain (he never really complains of being sick- so, I know he is sick when he starts telling me he is sick) Anyway, I am hoping that I won't be at the doctor's office forever. {{Lord grant me the serenity to get through a visit to the doctor's office with out having to kill one of my kids. }}

You know, there is a fine line of knowing when to take your child to the doctor. I really wait until the last minute. My mother use to take us to the doctor weekly (which is prob. why I hate going now)...and the doctors would groan when they saw her coming. I am always worried that a) they will act like I am a nut for taking him in just for a sore throat...or b) they will chastise me for waiting so long to take him in, and he has some sort of crazy bad illness.

UGH. I will bet you money that it will be a simple sore throat that requires nothing but TLC and some over the counter cold meds. (but you never can be too sure). I am a little freaky about it right now with Chandler just getting out of the hospital.

I will let you guys know what happens.

Crap, man... that was not as easy as I thought. I wasted most of my day doing this! lol! I think that it will be so much easier to navigate now.

Chandler is home!

He got home yesterday, and I went to visit. He was totally in a bad mood, and has the habit now of hitting himself in the head. So, every time I tried to talk to him or hold him, he started beating himself up! lol! Poor baby. He is just so emotional right now! ;) He is still running a fever, but it has been in check. He had a check up today and the doctor thinks he is doing just fine. He is getting over the yucky stuff. Now they just have to be careful because whenever he gets sick now, he will be prone to have more seizures if he runs a fever. (They say he will out grow this, thank goodness.)

Pray for little Chan man

Chandler (my twin's little boy) is in the hospital. The doctor thinks he has Roseola.
He started running a fever, then he had a seizure. The doctors think the seizure is because his fever spiked so suddenly. You can read about Febrile seizures here
Anyway, he was admitted yesterday because he had a seizure, and they want to monitor him. He had another one last night...so, Chan man has to stay another night.

I know he is fine, I am just so worried about the little stinker. Here is a picture that Leah sent me (she snapped it with her cell phone- that is why the quality is sooo bad).. He is in his little hospital gown (sniff sniff). (I had to try and fix the picture a little in photoshop-it was so dark, you could hardly see it.)

So, just say a little prayer that Chandler will get better asap and come home tomorrow. (and pray that Leah (my twin) makes it through another night in the hospital.) It has been scary for her, and Nathan..and I am sure that Chandler would rather be home than in this hospital. sigh.

The joys of Myspace..lol

Some random guy e-mailed me on myspace and wants to know if I would pose on his car. (Yes, you read that right..POSE ON HIS CAR) He is looking for models..and he came across my profile. He gave his cell phone # to get a hold of him. I am seriously thinking of calling him..........RIGHT AFTER PIGS FLY, or maybe when hell freezes over. Yeah, I will definitely think about getting back to him on that one. What in the heck is this world coming to.
I called Danny and told him about it ( I was nearly in fits..it is so hysterical to me! lol) He wasn't so amused. Actually, not at all amused, and I think I heard crickets chirping after I told him. lol.

Then, some random guy e-mailed me and said.. ( I am quoting here)
"Hey.. you're really easy on my eyes over here. So i was curious if you have MSN messanger or YAHOO? "

Ok, lol. I asked him if he even read my page. I mean, if he did he would know that I am a mother of 3 and married. I told him that we had nothing to talk about unless he wanted to talk about kids, scrapbooking or marriage. lol.
